Tastings:

 

•Complimentary in person private tastings are available for cake orders exceeding 100 servings, contingent upon the cake being properly booked.

• During the tasting, you will receive one flavor at no cost, for each tier of your cake. You may bring up to 4 guests. Additional flavors can be provided for a fee of $30 each.

•Sample boxes may be ordered based on availability, starting at a price of $50. Each sample box includes four flavors of cake, serving 2 guests. This is for cake orders only. 

 

Booking:

 

Deposits, Payments & Taxes

 

• All orders require a 30% non-refundable down payment to book and reserve date.

• The final payment is due 14 days prior to the service date.

• Any cancelations must be made 7 days prior to service date. At that time, Any payments made will be refunded excluding deposit. 

•Reschedules are subject to availability at discretion of Gimme Sugar.

• If the Client fails to make agreed  payments, Gimme Sugar/Owner Jodie Landers will cease work, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be given.

 

Liability

 

• Gimme Sugar/Owner - Jodie Landers is not responsible for bodily injury, property, or consequential damage, which may result from products/services provided.

• Gimme Sugar / Owner - Jodie Landers is not responsible for any bodily injury, property, or consequential damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Gimme Sugar.

• Gimme Sugar / Owner - Jodie Landers is not liable for condition of products after pickup/delivery/setup is complete. 

 

Changes to Order

 

• Any changes to order must be submitted 30 days before service date. 

• There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to the event.

 

Allergy & Dietary Warnings

 

• Gimme Sugar's products contain, and/or are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.

• Gimme Sugar will communicate the ability to accommodate restrictions.

 

Content

• Gimme Sugar reserves the right to capture and use all photographs, video, and other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
